Following the conversion of the entire hall lighting to energy-saving LED lights and the installation of the 196,000 kWh solar power system, Schulz Stanztechnik GmbH has now made another investment. This is the largest investment in the company’s history to date. After 5 days of travelling time of the heavy transport from Treviso in Italy, the new pride of Schulz Stanztechnik arrived in Halver. It is a new press line from Sangiacomo, which was purchased from Maschinen Schwartpaul (Plettenberg).
The Halver-based specialist for stamping and conveying technology has thus expanded its machine portfolio upwards. In addition to high-speed blanking lines, Schulz Stanztechnik now has a press with 315 tonnes of pressing force. It is now possible to set up progressive dies up to 2100 x 1000 mm. The machine as such, with its dimensions and a dead weight of 45 tons, proved to be a logistical challenge! In the next few days, the installation and commissioning will take place at the Halver site. This is a further commitment of Schulz Stanztechnik to the location! The number of personnel has also been increased in recent months, so that the Schulz team is looking forward not only to the new human colleagues (m/f/d), but also to the first stamped parts made by Sangiacomo!
