Dear Business Partners,
Another turbulent and unusual year is coming to an end.
We would like to take this as an opportunity to pause for a moment and reflect. In doing so, we would like to expressly thank you for the pleasant and trusting cooperation in 2021. Also in this second Corona year, the philosophy of short distances and local paths between our business partners on the customer and also supplier side has proven itself.
The year 2021 will not only be remembered for the corona pandemic or also for the extreme price increases for all raw materials, but unfortunately also for the “flood of the century”. In Halver, in the district of Oberbrügge, the flood unfortunately also had an extreme impact. Even today it is still not possible for many families to return to their houses or flats….
The then German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel described the flood disaster as follows:
“The German language hardly knows words for the devastation that has been wrought here!”
